DAMINOS

An approved Holstein stallion, Daminos is one of the most powerful, trainable and exciting prospects to have entered New Zealand. In just his first season at Grand Prix Level, he won the FEI 1* at Young Horse Show 2023, the 2024 Mana Lodge Gold Tour Opening Qualifier, and the 2024 Takapoto Gold Tour Final as well as jumping a clear round in his first World Cup. 

Imported from Germany in 2016, He is by the popular jumping sire Diarado, whose sire Diamant de Semilly ranked top of the World Jumping Sires list in 2015, and his dam lines also feature International Champions including Caretino, Corrado I, Capitol I and Cor de la Bryere. He gained his Breeding License with the Holsteiner Verband before being exported and is proving to pass on his exceptional jumping ability, powerful movement and trainability to his progeny who have already began to achieve outstanding results in the show jumping ring. Daminos also took the title of Leading Stud Book Stallion of the 2024 NZWA Classification Tour with a number of his progeny scoring above 80% and receiving excellence awards.
